The Arizona Renaissance Festival is one of the largest of the Renaissance events in the nation because it is really five Festivals all rolled into a giant, costumed fantasy village with:

  • Twelve Stages of Continuous Live Entertainment
  • An Outdoor Circus
  • A Medieval Arts & Crafts Fair
  • A Jousting Tournament with Three Performances Each Day
  • A Day - Long Feast

Festival Marketplace
The Renaissance Festival also includes a marketplace which features over 200 artisans displaying a variety of unique, hand-made wares. Watch as the ancient skills of glassblowing, leatherwork, weaving, woodcarving, blacksmithing, candlemaking and pottery are displayed.

Other interesting things to see include wooden swords and shields, pewter goblets, brass rubbings, hand-made soaps, exotic oils, carved furniture, copper fountains and sculptures, pillows and tapestries, a wide variety of clothing and more.
