Fiesta Bowl is a major annual college football game in the greater Phoenix area. Fiesta Bowl features football game as well as series of events including:

  • Aerospace Challenge: an academic contests on knowledge of space technology for fifth through eighth grade students requires participants to develop plans for an International Lunar Base complete with a physical scale model. The contest final will take place at Challenger Space Center in Peoria, AZ.
  • Band Championship: high school marching band presents their best 10-minute field presentations in front of a panel of judges who critique them on musical performance, visual performance, auxiliary techniques, percussion, drum majors and general overall effect. The top bands from the preliminary competition are invited to compete for the coveted Grand Master’s Trophy in the event finals. Special performances from the marching bands of the teams participating in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl cap off the night. The final takes place at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ
  • Block Party: the largest New Year’s Eve celebration in Arizona featuring two main stages hosting entertainment. There is also incredible multimedia displays in the intersections on Mill Avenue adding a sound and light experience. In addition the Block Party also features Street Theatre with entertainers at every corner of downtown area.
  • College Football's Biggest Party: an action-packed celebration full of the ultimate tailgate experience with pep rallies, performances by the university marching bands and cheerleaders, jumbotrons, interactive games and food and beverage booths.
  • Hole-In-One: the amateur hole-in-one tournaments cost $1 a shot and features a 125-yard hole. The top finishers each day receive fabulous prizes, including PING irons and golf bags, and certificates for complimentary foursomes at the Valley’s best golf courses and some of Arizona’s finest restaurants. The top three daily finishers, including anyone who nails a hole-in-one, advance to the finals for a shot at the $1 million hole. The tournaments takes place at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Parade: the two mile parade in central Phoenix features colorful floats, magnificent balloons, marching bands and spirited specialty and equestrian units.
