Twenty Mule Team Museum, opened since 1984, features mining artifacts and equipment, antique machinery, one-of-a-kind art work and unique displays depicting the early years of the history of Boron. The museum is also dedicated to the history of borax mining in Death Valley and Boron.

The main exhibits in Twenty Mule Team Museum include 1930s Kitchen, 1930s Beauty Shop, 1930s Fire Department, Ore Bucket, Granite Rock and Drill, Santa Fe Railroad Depot, Amargo Theater, Fresno Scrapper, Sack Printer, Two Man Mining and Ore Cart.
