About

Originally operated as a fruit stand beginning in 1950, Dole Plantation opened to the public as Hawaii’s "Pineapple Experience" in 1989. Today, Dole Plantation is one of Oahu’s most popular visitor attractions and welcomes more than one million visitors a year. Dole Plantation features:

  • Pineapple Express: fully narrated, 20 minute train tour through a working plantation of pineapple and other crops, often featuring fields in all stages of growth, from planting to harvest.
  • Planation Garden Tour: eight different gardens and see tropical delights from coffee to exotic fruit to colorful cacao pods
  • Pineapple Garden Maze: declared the world’s largest maze as it stretches over three acres and includes nearly two and one-half miles of paths crafted from 14,000 colorful Hawaiian plants.
  • The Plantation Grille: wide assortment of island favorites including teriyaki chicken plate, kalua pork plate and loco moco.
