Pupukea is a community of 6.1 square miles with population of 4250 at the north shore of Oahu island, Hawaii. The community is located along Kamehameha Highway (State Rte. 83) west to southwest from Kawela Bay and northeast from Haleʻiwa.
Pupukea is a popular area for visitors with surfing sites at Sunset Beach Park, Ehukai Beach Park and Banzai Beach, and diving areas known as Three Tables and Sharks Cove at Pūpūkea Beach Park. Other attraction in the area including Waimea Beach Park, one of the most popular beaches on the island.
