Bandon is a town with population of 3,235 in Coos County, Oregon on the south side of the mouth of the Coquille River. In 2010 Bandon was named one of the "Coolest Small Towns in America" by BudgetTravel. The town is home of the annual Cranberry Festival during the second weekend of September. Bandon is known for its beaches and rock formations and the Coquille River Lighthouse.
